My name is Aviv / Primavera in Italian. I am a yoga and Tantra teacher, and I am a founder of “Primavera Yoga Retreats”. I love to share my passions with others, especially Yoga, healthy lifestyle, sport, Tantra, and my favorite country Italy, where I offer my retreats the last few years.

I was introduced to Yoga in 2000, and my passion for this life-transforming practice has only grown since. After I finished my Architecture degree in Florence and Milan, I followed her heart and moved to India to receive her 200 hr YTT with Vijay Amar, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and meditation. In India, I also learned about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Nutrition.

Since then, I have created my original style and Yoga Art (creating Art with your body while practicing yoga to create even more consection and creativity while you practice). I believe in using practice time to cultivate inner joy by bringing stillness to the mind and listening to the inner self. This is when one starts shining from a place of truth and love.

I teach private classes and have worked in different retreats around the world, and during the past years I create my own Retreats in beautiful locations around Italy.
