Anthony is a yoga instructor, personal trainer and group exercise trainer with a serious passion for health, wellness, and competition. He has been playing soccer for 21 years and played for all 4 years at Chapman University. Shortly before college he had an opportunity to take his first yoga class and was immediately hooked. Since then, he has been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching for 4. He loves the balance, strength, mobility, and clarity of mind that yoga has provided and wants to share just that. His classes are rigorous, rewarding, and reflect his desire to provide a strong foundation for his students' continued growth.
